At VAREL LONDON, we aim to make receiving your order as simple and seamless as possible.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and available tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times shown above are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched rather than the date the order is placed.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we always aim for your VAREL LONDON order to arrive within the estimated delivery period, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

International orders may experience additional delays while passing through local customs authorities.

Customs processing times vary between countries and unfortunately cannot be controlled by VAREL LONDON.

During particularly busy periods, public holidays or exceptional circumstances, delivery may also take slightly longer than usual.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please allow a short period after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active within the courier's system.

IMPORT TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.

These charges are typically applied when your parcel arrives in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

VAREL LONDON has no control over international customs charges and unfortunately cannot predict the amount that may be payable, as customs regulations and import charges vary between countries.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you require further information regarding potential charges.

If applicable customs charges are not paid, your parcel may be held by customs or returned to us.

Any import taxes, customs duties or associated charges paid directly to customs authorities are non-refundable by VAREL LONDON.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from VAREL LONDON can legally be imported into their destination country.

The recipient of the order is considered the importer and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations within the destination country.
